Interior Site Supervisor

We are hiring a proactive Site Engineer to handle end-to-end execution of interior projects. The role involves managing drawings, BOQ, site execution, vendors, labor, and billing while ensuring quality and timelines are maintained.

• Key Responsibilities1. Drawing & PlanningRead and understand architectural, interior & services drawings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Prepare site execution plan as per drawings
• Coordinate with designer/architect for design clarifications
• Identify site issues and suggest practical solutions

• 2. BOQ & Cost ControlUnderstand BOQ and scope of work in detail
• Track quantities and material consumption
• Control wastage and monitor project cost
• Highlight variation items and extra work

• 3. Site ExecutionExecute work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Daily supervision of civil & interior works (false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, electrical etc.)
• Ensure proper sequence of work at site
• Maintain daily progress and resolve on-site challenges

• 4. Measurement & BillingTake accurate measurements of executed work
• Prepare RA Bills / Client Billing / Vendor Billing
• Maintain measurement sheets and billing records
• Cross-check quantities with BOQ

• 5. Vendor & Material ManagementCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Check quality of materials received at site
• Maintain stock and material records

• 6. Labor ManagementManage and supervise labor workforce
• Allocate daily work and monitor productivity
• Ensure discipline and safety at site
• Handle attendance and basic wage tracking

• 7. Quality ControlEnsure work quality as per standards and drawings
• Conduct regular inspections and rectifications
• Maintain finishing standards (important for interiors)

• 8. Safety & ComplianceEnsure basic safety practices at site
• Maintain safe working environment
• Follow project guidelines and compliance norms

• 9. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain Daily Progress Report (DPR)
• Share updates with seniors/clients
• Keep proper documentation of work, bills, and site activities

• RequirementsDiploma / B.Tech in Civil / Interior / Construction
• 1–5 years experience in interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of materials, site execution & finishing work
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD preferred

• Skills RequiredStrong site handling & coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Good communication with team & vendors
