Job Description
We are looking for a KYC Executive to handle customer documentation and verification processes in the real estate sector.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollect and verify customer KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and address proof.
- Maintain customer records and property-related documentation.
- Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer documentation and verification.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents.
- Maintain proper records of customer files and update documentation status.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of customer documentation and verification procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
