**🚨 We're Hiring: MRD Executive**
📍 **Location:** Noida
**Job Title:** MRD Executive (Medical Records Department)
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and manage patient medical records accurately.
* Organize, update, and archive physical and electronic records.
* Retrieve patient files for doctors and departments as required.
* Ensure complete and accurate patient documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
* Prepare MRD reports and ensure compliance with NABH standards.
* Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
### **Eligibility:**
* 1–3 years of experience in MRD or a hospital/healthcare setup.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
🏥 **Preferred Industry:** Hospital / IVF Centre / Healthcare
📍 **Location:** Noida
