Shift: 9 Hours | 24×7 Operations

Salary: 25,000- 30,000 ( Negotiable)

Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) and SCADA systems.
• Monitor electrical and facility equipment through BMS/SCADA platforms and respond to alarms and abnormalities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate with relevant technical teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor equipment parameters, system status, alarms, and operational performance.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels, DG sets, UPS, batteries, HVAC-related electrical systems, and other facility equipment.
• Carry out routine inspection of electrical equipment and maintain operational records.
• Attend breakdowns and emergencies as per site requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, checklists, maintenance records, and shift handover reports.
• Follow all applicable EHS, safety, SOP, and site-specific guidelines.
• Coordinate with the facility/engineering team and escalate major technical issues to the reporting manager.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of critical building services.
• Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, BMS, SCADA, or a similar environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of BMS and SCADA software/systems.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and understand basic control systems.
• Experience in operating and monitoring critical facility equipment will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Educational QualificationITI in Electrical Trade, OR
• 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Shift & Working Conditions - Shift Duration: 9 Hours
• Operations: 24×7
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
• Candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts and emergency situations.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for technically skilled and responsible Electrical Technicians/MST with hands-on experience in BMS and SCADA operations, electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility operations.

Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate facilities, data centres, malls, hospitals, industrial facilities, or other large-scale facility management operations will be preferred.
