Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects while managing the office-based project team. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate the office-based project team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and control budgets.
• Resolve technical and operational issues in coordination with site and office teams.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing office-based project teams and coordinating with site teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and project planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or other project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
