Real Estate Sales Manager

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Real Estate Experience is mandator.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and negotiate deals to achieve sales closures.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Graduate preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of qualification.
