Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, guiding team members, handling clients, and ensuring overall business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Guide team members in client handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Train and develop team members to improve sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead generation and campaigns.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and property prices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
