  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets.
  • Maintain call records and handle customer queries professionally.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO/Banking Recovery.
  • Process: Domestic Banking/Financial Recovery
