Job Description
WE'RE HIRING | Recruitment Manager - Work from Office - Noida sector 62.
Position: Recruitment Manager
Eligibility: Must have 4+ years of Team handling & Recruitment experience
Key Responsibilities
Will have the responsibility to start from the zero and building the team for our staffing project.
Manage and lead a team of recruiters and ensure monthly recruitment targets are achieved on time.
Must have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Experience in handling BPO, IT and Non-IT clients.
Manage client coordination, requirements, interview schedules, feedback and recruitment delivery.
Attend client meetings and build strong relationships for business growth.
Identify opportunities for increasing business with existing and new clients.
Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, selections and joinings.
Hire and onboard additional recruiters whenever needed to increase team strength and maintain monthly targets.
Train and guide recruiters to improve performance and achieve targets.
Ensure timely delivery of client requirements and maintain recruitment TAT.
Shift timing - 10AM TO 6PM
MONDAY TO SATURDAY FIXED
