Job Description

The Relationship Manager - Housing Finance is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Home Loan customers while ensuring achievement of business targets. The role involves developing relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs, and other referral channels to generate quality business and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, builders, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable housing finance products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Track market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2-8 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, LAP, Housing Finance, or Banking sales.
• Strong understanding of housing finance products and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of local market and builder/channel ecosystem will be an added advantage.
