Job Description
Personal Loan Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven candidates to join our Personal Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales. Experience in BFSI, Telecalling, or Personal Loan Sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Explain Personal Loan products and guide customers through the application process.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Personal Loan Sales, DSA, or BFSI is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
