Job Description
Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Sell international Gulf documentation, licensing, examination, and career service packages to healthcare professionals.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply for the Sales Executive role.
- Minimum 2 years of B2C/Inside Sales experience is mandatory for the Senior Sales Executive role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
