Sales Executive

Job Overview

·       Primary Goal: Convert phone inquiries and cold leads into booked site visits or meetings for the sales team. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Call Prospects: Make high-volume outbound calls to cold and warm leads interested in buying or investing in residential/commercial properties.

·       Pitch Projects: Explain property details, pricing, configurations (2BHK, 3BHK, plots), locations, and payment plans.

·       Fix Appointments: Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule client site visits or virtual meetings.

·       Update CRM: Log daily call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately in the CRM database.

·       Follow-up: Nurture existing leads through regular calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails.

·       Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly goals for call volume, connected calls, and site visits generated.

Requirements and Qualifications

·       Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

·       Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales (real estate background preferred).
