Job Description
- Telesales Executive – Personal Loan & OverdraftContact potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan/overdraft solutions.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, charges, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
- Generate leads through telecalling and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication throughout the application process.
- Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
- Coordinate with the credit/operations team for application processing and approval.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, applications, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, banking regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain good customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
