📍 Location: Sector 153, Noida
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our luxury real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills, with a passion for luxury property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Handle clients interested in luxury farmhouses, land and premium properties.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Build strong relationships with HNI clients and investors.
- Negotiate deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client databases and update daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Confident, professional and target-oriented personality.
- Knowledge of Noida real estate will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
