Reporting Relationship:  Senior Executive – AI/ML, Power BI & Project Management

Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Executive – AI/ML, Power BI & Project Management with a combination of technical expertise and project management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for AI/ML solution development, Power BI dashboard design and implementation, data analytics, application/API integration, and end-to-end project coordination.

The role will involve working with technical teams, business stakeholders, government departments/clients, data providers, and management teams to convert business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions, analytical dashboards, and decision-support systems.

AI/ML & Generative AI Development

• Identify and evaluate suitable AI/ML use cases based on business requirements and data availability.
• Design and develop AI Chatbots, Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

2. Power BI Dashboard Management & Implementation

• Convert business requirements into effective KPIs, metrics, visualizations, and analytical dashboards.
• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and calculated tables.

3. Data Analytics & Data Integration

• Work with data engineering teams for ETL/ELT and data pipeline development.
• Coordinate integration of data received through APIs, FTP/SFTP, databases, and other sources.

4. Project Management

• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare MOM, status reports, action trackers, and management reports.
• Coordinate with clients, government departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.

5. Requirement & Stakeholder Management

• Convert business requirements into AI use cases, BI requirements, KPIs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, use-case documents, dashboard frameworks, and technical requirement documents.

Good-to-have Skills

• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Chatbots, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks  
• Strong experience in Power BI Service administration, workspace management, gateways, scheduled refresh, deployment pipelines, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query/M, data modelling, performance optimization, and semantic models.
• Experience integrating Power BI and AI solutions with REST APIs, SQL databases, cloud platforms, FTP/SFTP, and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipeline architecture.
• Experience in developing AI-driven dashboards, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or decision-support systems.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business, departmental, and technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into AI/ML use cases, user stories, functional specifications, KPIs, and dashboard requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI/ML, Generative AI, chatbot, predictive analytics, and data analytics use cases based on business objectives and data availability.
• Lead the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, including AI Chatbots, LLM/RAG-based applications, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Develop and manage interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, analytical views, drill-downs, filters, and actionable insights aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, consistency, and availability for AI/ML models and Power BI analytics.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely completion of deliverables within the agreed scope and timelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, government departments, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, requirements, priorities, feedback, change requests, and scope-related matters.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
•  Prepare BRD, FRD, technical design documents, AI/ML use-case documents, dashboard frameworks, data dictionaries, API/data mapping documents, test documents, deployment documents, MOM, and project status reports.

Prerequisites:

• Qualification - B.Tech. or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience
