Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through 

various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

• Sales Pitch & Conversion: Present real estate projects to prospective buyers, 

addressing their queries and closing deals effectively.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor 

strategies to identify business opportunities.

• Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design and implement 

promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 

to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, sales 

activities, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and client 

feedback to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, target-driven, and team-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
