We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with strong hands-on experience in Social Media Management and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to manage social media accounts, create content strategies, and independently plan, execute and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands/accounts.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Develop ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos and campaigns.
• Write captions, CTAs, hashtags and promotional content.
• Research trends, competitors, hashtags and industry developments.
• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand communication.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors and SEO teams.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, traffic and other KPIs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Meta AdsPlan, create, manage and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Handle Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, Sales, Conversion and Brand Awareness campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and create Custom, Lookalike and Retargeting audiences.
• Manage targeting, budgets, placements and bidding strategies.
• Test different creatives, ad copies, headlines and CTAs.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Conduct A/B testing.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
• Manage retargeting campaigns and conversion tracking.
• Monitor lead quality and coordinate with relevant teams for feedback.
• Prepare Meta Ads performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Team ManagementGuide and coordinate with Social Media Executives and junior team members.
• Assign tasks and monitor deliverables.
• Review content quality and campaign execution.
• Coordinate with designers, writers and digital marketing teams.
• Provide feedback and support to team members.

• Agency experience managing multiple clients/accounts will be preferred.
• Practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns is mandatory.
• Portfolio or previous campaign performance examples will be an advantage.
