Job Description

Monarch Horizons is looking for responsible, proactive, and experienced Team Leaders (TLs) to manage delivery rider operations across multiple warehouse locations. The candidate will be responsible for rider recruitment, onboarding, attendance, retention, manpower availability, COD management, and coordination between delivery riders, warehouse teams, and company management.

The candidate must ensure that every assigned warehouse maintains the required number of active riders and that daily operations continue without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Rider Recruitment and Onboarding

• Recruit and onboard delivery riders according to warehouse requirements.

• Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates to fulfil manpower requirements.

• Arrange replacements promptly whenever a rider leaves, becomes inactive, or stops reporting to work.

2. Rider Headcount and Manpower Management

• Maintain the required number of active delivery riders at every assigned warehouse.

• For example, if assigned three warehouses with a requirement of 10 riders each, the TL must maintain a total of 30 active riders across all three locations.

• Ensure rider shortages are addressed promptly, preferably on the same day.

• Monitor rider attendance, daily logins, availability, and retention.

• Take full ownership of maintaining the required rider strength to prevent disruptions in daily operations.

3. Warehouse Visits and Operational Coordination

• Visit and remain available at assigned warehouse locations as required by operational needs.

• Coordinate with riders and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Act as the primary point of contact between delivery riders and company management.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate major concerns when necessary.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Management and Accountability

• Monitor COD collections handled by assigned delivery riders.

• Track COD deposits, settlements, pending amounts, and discrepancies.

• Ensure riders deposit and reconcile collected COD amounts within the prescribed timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of COD transactions and report shortages, mismatches, or delays immediately.

• The TL will be responsible and accountable for COD-related discrepancies, shortages, and pending settlements arising from operations under their supervision, subject to applicable company policies and agreed terms of responsibility.

5. Daily Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Submit daily reports covering rider headcount, attendance, new joinings, attrition, and replacements.

• Maintain accurate records of active and inactive riders at each assigned warehouse.

• Report COD settlement status and discrepancies to management.

• Identify operational challenges proactively and take corrective action.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in delivery operations, rider management, last-mile logistics, manpower supply, or warehouse operations.

• Strong recruitment, communication, coordination, and team management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple warehouse locations and maintain rider headcount.

• Basic knowledge of COD reconciliation and cash handling.

• Willingness to travel between assigned warehouse locations.

• Must be punctual, disciplined, accountable, and target-oriented.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000.
