Job Description
Job Description / काम की जानकारीहमें अपने Fast Food Outlet के लिए मेहनती और जिम्मेदार Staff चाहिए, जिसे North Indian और Continental Food तैयार करने, assemble करने, customer orders लेने और billing करने का अनुभव हो।
- Key Responsibilities / काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ Food Preparation: North Indian और Continental Food को तैयार, heat, assemble और pack करना।
- Customer Service: Customers से अच्छे से बात करना, orders लेना और जल्दी service देना।
- Billing: POS मशीन पर billing करना और Cash, UPI, Card payments लेना।
- Food Quality: Company की recipe, portion control और SOPs follow करना।
- Hygiene: Kitchen, counter और equipment की सफाई रखना और FSSAI food safety rules follow करना।
- Stock Management: FIFO/FEFO follow करना, expiry dates check करना और stock refill करना।
- Teamwork: Busy hours में team के साथ काम करना और supervisor की instructions follow करना।
- Daily Operations: Outlet खोलने और बंद करने में मदद करना।
- Requirements / योग्यताQSR / Fast Food में 1–2 साल का अनुभव जरूरी है।
- North Indian और Continental Food की basic knowledge होनी चाहिए।
- POS Billing, FIFO/FEFO और food hygiene की जानकारी हो।
- Customer से अच्छे से बात करना आना चाहिए।
- मेहनती, ईमानदार और समय पर आने वाला होना चाहिए।
- लंबे समय तक खड़े होकर काम करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
- Weekends और holidays पर काम करने के लिए तैयार हो।
- Delhi NCR में company के किसी भी outlet पर काम करने के लिए तैयार हो।
- Shift Timings / काम का समय Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM (दोपहर)
Breaks और weekly off company policy और लागू labour laws के अनुसार होंगे।
