Job Description

HIRING | MST & BMS OPERATOR

📍 Location: Noida- Sector-6

💼 Experience: 2–4 Years

🕐 Shift: Rotational

📅 Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Week Off + 2nd Saturday Off

💼 Employment: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor BMS systems including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV & access control.
  • Handle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems.
  • Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate with facility teams, vendors & contractors.
  • Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical.
  • MST certification or valid electrician license.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS & MEP systems.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Candidates from Real Estate, Facility Management or Hospitality background preferred.
