Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, field visits and other sources.
• Promote and sell Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans and other financial products.
• Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC and income proofs.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate lead records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSA partners, referral agents and business associates
