Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller / Admission Counselor who can handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions for our NDT & QAQC training programs.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with interested students/leads
- Explain course details (NDT, QAQC, fees, duration, placement)
- Counsel students and guide them for the right career path
- Maintain lead data and update regularly
- Handle WhatsApp & call queries professionally
- 🔹 RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Experience in telecalling / sales / education counseling preferred
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
