Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹30,000

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to customers and explain products or services.
  • Handle customer queries and provide the required information.
  • Follow up with potential customers.
  • Generate leads and support sales through telecalling.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Achieve calling and sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Ability to convince customers and handle queries.
  • Basic knowledge of phone handling and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Confident, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
