Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers over the phone, explain products/services, and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status.
• Requirements12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English proficiency preferred.
• Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
