Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan and LAP business through open-market sourcing.
  • Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and customer references.
  • Meet customers and understand their financial and property requirements.
  • Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, documentation and other product details.
  • Complete customer profiling and collect KYC, income and property documents.
  • Manage the loan process from lead generation → login → sanction → disbursement.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams.
  • Follow up on pending documents and approvals to ensure timely disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct customer/loan-utilization visits where required.
  • Maintain proper records, MIS and daily sales reports.

Ensure compliance with KYC, credit policies and bank procedures. Utkarsh Bank
