Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products/services, generating interest, handling customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain Bajaj Finance products and offers clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams for documentation and further processing.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Skills RequiredExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi communication; basic/good English preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer-handling and objection-handling ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
• Prior telesales/BFSI/NBFC/loan/credit-card/insurance experience will be an advantage.
