• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Balance Transfer and Overdraft facilities.
• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Explain loan eligibility, ROI, tenure, processing fees and other terms clearly.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of required documents.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth case processing.
• Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful disbursements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and email.
• Prior experience in loan/financial sales will be an advantage.
• EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills are preferred.
