Job Description
Job Overview:
Pinmoney Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Executives for promoting and selling loan and financial products over calls. The role involves generating leads, handling customer inquiries, explaining product details, and converting prospects into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Explain loan and financial product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
* Generate and follow up on leads.
* Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
* Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-ups.
* Ensure proper documentation and reporting as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of loan/financial products preferred.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
