C&A Globalfare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven US Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Noida.
📍 Location: D-216, D Block, Sector 63, Noida
⏰ Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
👥 Experience: 1–3 Years
📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates for US requirements
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain candidate pipelines & recruitment trackers
• Work closely with clients/hiring teams
• Achieve daily & monthly recruitment targets
🔹 Who We’re Looking For
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Good sourcing & candidate-screening skills
✔ Understanding of US Staffing/Recruitment is a plus
✔ Target-oriented and proactive
