Role SummaryWe're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to own day-to-day warehouse operations — inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, packaging quality, and dispatch — as Loop Lab scales its D2C order volumes. You'll be the person who makes sure every unit in stock is accounted for and every order that leaves the warehouse is right the first time.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records across all SKUs (singles, bundles, and multiple product lines) in Zoho Inventory
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inbound stock from manufacturing/vendors — receiving, quality-checking, and putting away new inventory
• Flag low-stock and reorder points to the founder/ops team ahead of stockouts

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Oversee daily pick-pack-dispatch operations to meet same-day/next-day dispatch SLAs
• Ensure packaging quality and brand presentation standards are met on every order
• Coordinate with logistics partners (Shiprocket and any evaluated alternatives) for pickups and dispatch schedules
• Own accuracy of shipping labels, invoices, and order documentation

Returns, RTO & COD Management

• Manage the return-to-origin (RTO) process: inspect returned goods, restock sellable inventory, and tag/flag defective or damaged units
• Support COD order management — coordinate with the ops team on high-risk order handling and reverse logistics
• Maintain clean records of restocked vs. written-off inventory

Team & Process Management

• Supervise warehouse staff/packers — assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Train new warehouse staff on packing standards, SOPs, and safety practices
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce fulfillment errors, turnaround time, and cost per order
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Reporting

• Provide daily/weekly reports on dispatch volumes, inventory levels, discrepancies, and RTO rates to the founder/ops team
• Escalate operational issues (courier delays, stock mismatches, quality issues) promptly
• What We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics — D2C/e-commerce background strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with inventory/order management systems (Zoho Inventory, Shopify, or similar)
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics platforms (Shiprocket or similar) and COD/RTO workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset — comfortable being accountable for stock accuracy
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting
• Team management experience — able to lead and motivate warehouse staff
• Problem-solver who can work independently and make quick decisions during peak order periods
• Nice to HaveExperience in the beauty, personal care, or fashion accessories D2C space
• Exposure to lean/5S warehouse practices
