🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate the real estate sales team
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Generate and convert property leads
• Handle clients, investors, property owners & channel partners
• Conduct site visits and close property deals
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms
• Build strong client & partner relationships
• Monitor leads, conversions and team performance
🎯 Requirements
✔ 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales/brokerage
✔ Strong knowledge of Noida/NCR real estate market preferred
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Strong leadership and team-management abilities
✔ Target-oriented approach with strong closing skills
✔ Excellent client handling and follow-up
