Job Description
Job Title: Computer Operator
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain computer systems and office equipment.
- Perform accurate data entry and update records regularly.
- Prepare, format, print, scan, and maintain documents.
- Manage and organize digital and physical files.
- Enter and maintain data in Excel, Word, and other software.
- Generate reports and maintain daily/weekly records.
- Handle emails, internet-related tasks, and basic office correspondence.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of computer and printer-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for routine operational requirements.
