Job Description
Customer Support outbound (Ticket Closing)
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
• Handling ticket closing ( complain closing ) outbound calls
• Managing customer complaints through email.
• Coordinating and responding to customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: Graduation.
Apprenticeship Stipend & Benefits
• Monthly Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹16,000
• Apprenticeship Program: NAPS / NATS
• Training Period: Approximately 7 – 8 days.
• Training Stipend: ₹250 per working day.
Working Hours & Shifts
• Shift Duration: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
• Week Off: Rotational. Shift Pattern: Flexible / Rotational.
Female Candidates: Day shifts only, with 9 hrs shifts rotating between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Male Candidates: Day and night shifts on a 9 hrs rotational basis.
