Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executives who can convert leads into long-term Pharma Franchise Partners and build a strong, recurring business network.This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow fast, earn aggressively, and build a career—not just do a job.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with leads generated via calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
• Pitch and onboard pharma franchise distributors, stockists, and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Generate regular and repeat business from existing clients
• Expand product portfolio penetration by promoting new products
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM records
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in Pharma Sales / PCD Pharma Franchise (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Strong convincing and deal-closing ability
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
