Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, promote products/services, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.

Generate qualified leads and identify potential customers.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Schedule appointments or arrange meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Coordinate with the sales and customer-service teams.

Provide regular reports on calling and lead-generation activities.

Requirements

12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.

Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
