We are hiring candidates with experience in PCD Pharma, Distributor Appointment and Third-Party/Contract Manufacturing who can contribute directly to business growth and generate measurable sales turnover.

Sales Executive – B2B Pharmaceutical Sales

📍 Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new B2B business for PCD Pharma Franchise across India.

* Identify and appoint distributors, stockists, and PCD franchise partners in different states.

* Develop and maintain a strong PAN-India customer and distributor network.

* Generate business leads and convert prospects into regular customers.

* Develop new business opportunities for third-party/contract pharmaceutical manufacturing.

* Handle complete sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation, order conversion, and repeat business.

* Build long-term relationships with distributors, franchise partners and pharmaceutical companies.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall company turnover.

* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate sales and customer records.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, product availability, pricing, orders, and dispatches.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are sales-driven and have a proven record of generating business, rather than candidates with only field-sales experience.

Mandatory:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales.

* Experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise / Distributor Sales.

* Good understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market.

* Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.

* Willingness to work with PAN-India customers and distributors.

⭐ Preferred:

* Existing network of PCD franchise owners, distributors and stockists across India.

* Experience in third-party/contract manufacturing sales.

* Proven record of achieving high sales turnover.

* Candidates who can demonstrate their previous monthly/annual sales performance and business generated will be given preference.

* Previous company/brand handled

* Territory handled

* Distributor/PCD network developed

* Average monthly sales turnover

* Highest sales turnover achieved

* Number of active customers/distributors handled

* Experience in third-party manufacturing business generation
