V Do Marketing is a creative and digital marketing agency helping businesses strengthen their brand, improve their online presence and attract relevant enquiries.

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor with strong storytelling skills, creative judgement and attention to detail. You will turn raw footage and creative briefs into engaging videos for social media, advertising and brand communication, taking ownership of projects from the first edit to final delivery.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Edit videos for different purposes: Produce social media reels, paid advertisements, talking-head videos, interviews, event highlights and brand stories.
• Build strong narratives: Select the best footage and shape clear, engaging stories through effective openings, pacing, sequencing and timing.
• Contribute creative ideas: Suggest concepts, visual references and editing approaches that support the brief and intended audience.
• Complete the finishing work: Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, sound design and music selection.
• Create motion graphics: Use animation, typography, captions and visual effects where they improve communication and the viewing experience.
• Maintain brand consistency: Adapt your editing style to different clients while following their brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the team: Work with the founder, designers and marketing team to understand requirements, clarify feedback and deliver revisions.
• Prepare platform-ready exports: Deliver videos in the correct aspect ratios, resolutions and formats, checking subtitles, audio levels and visual quality.
• Manage projects efficiently: Keep footage, assets, project files and versions organised, and communicate progress or delays early.
• Guide junior editors: Review their work, provide practical feedback and help maintain consistent production standards.

What we’re looking for

• Proven professional video-editing experience with a strong portfolio of brand, advertising or social media work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with strong working knowledge of After Effects or an equivalent motion graphics tool.
• A strong understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, typography, colour and sound.
• The ability to develop an edit from a brief, explain creative decisions and respond constructively to feedback.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear communication and ownership of the quality of your final work.
