Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Client Sourcing & Outbound Calling: Initiate cold and warm outbound calls to prospective pharmaceutical companies, distributors, stockists, and franchise buyers across target territories to pitch manufacturing services.
• Manufacturing Capability Pitching: Educate prospective clients on our manufacturing plant's strengths, including available dosage forms (tablets, capsules, injectables, syrups), production capacities, and compliance certifications (e.g., WHO-GMP, ISO).
• PCD & Third-Party Deal Closing: Pitch and secure deals for third-party manufacturing contracts and PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) pharma franchises.
• Order Capture & Technical Coordination: Collect exact product formulation requirements, packaging specifications, and volume demands from clients. Work directly with internal plant teams (production, QC, and logistics) to check feasibility and provide accurate cost quotes.
• Pipeline Management (CRM): Maintain a highly precise database of call logs, follow-up timelines, client requirements, and closed accounts utilizing CRM software.
• Market Analysis & Feedback: Keep tabs on competing manufacturing plants, their pricing structures, and minimum order quantity (MOQ) trends to adjust sales strategies.

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm), Life Sciences, or Business Administration/Marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in pharma telesales or inside sales, specifically working within a PCD pharma, third-party, or pharma manufacturing company environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, molecule naming/formulations, third-party manufacturing terms, and standard drug regulatory workflows.
