Video Editor

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Full-Time Video Editor to work directly with the Founder and manage the day-to-day video editing requirements of Swachh Pani.

The role involves editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, business videos, founder videos, product videos, event footage and promotional content on a regular basis.

The candidate will receive raw footage, ideas and direction from the Founder and will be responsible for transforming them into high-quality, engaging and professional videos ready for publishing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily editing of Reels, Shorts and business videos
• Professional cuts, pacing, transitions and storytelling
• Captions, subtitles, B-roll, music and sound effects
• Basic colour correction and audio enhancement
• Motion graphics and visual effects where required
• Quick revisions based on Founder feedback
• Maintain organized project files and footage
• Deliver videos within agreed timelines
• Work closely with the Founder on a daily basis
• Accompany the Founder for shoots, events or business activities when required
• Required SkillsStrong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good knowledge of CapCut Pro/Desktop
• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve or Audition is an advantage
• Strong understanding of short-form video editing
• Good visual sense, timing and attention to detail
• Fast turnaround and ability to handle daily work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is creative, reliable, fast and passionate about video editing.

You should be able to take raw footage and turn it into clean, premium and engaging content consistently.

This is an editing-focused role. Content ideas, scripts and creative direction will primarily be provided by the Founder.
