Product: Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: 4.25 lacs, potentially 5 lacs for very good profiles.
Ticket Size: ₹50 Lakhs – ₹1 Crore
Channel: DSA + open market
📍 Locations: Panipat,Sonipat,Karnal,Hisar,
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Generate LAP business through DSA Partners, Connectors, and other sourcing channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and Connectors
Source quality LAP cases within the assigned market
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement
Coordinate with the credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
Build a strong network of DSAs and referral partners in the local market
Ensure regular follow-up with customers and sourcing partners
