Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to handle statutory registrations, challan filing, and labour compliance documentation for our client vendors, while also taking ownership of work distribution within the team.


Responsibilities:

  1. ESIC registration and challan filing
  2. PF challan and returns filing
  3. Labour compliance documentation
  4. Take responsibility for distributing and tracking work across the team, ensuring deadlines are met
  5. Coordinate with team members to balance workload and flag bottlenecks

Requirements:

  1. Working knowledge of ESIC and EPFO portals (or willingness to learn quickly)
  2. Strong Excel skills — data entry, formulas, basic reporting
  3. Understanding of PF/ESIC contribution rules — added advantage
  4. Good communication skills for client coordination
  5. Willingness to take ownership and manage task allocation within a small team
  6. Prior team-lead/coordinator experience — added advantage
