HR Recruiter – Short Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for Sales & Non-Sales positions.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with Team Leaders/Managers.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
  • Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
  • Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities.
