Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects. • Follow up with leads through calls and messages. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information. • Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and other relevant information. • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers. • Maintain and update lead/customer information. • Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion. • Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets. • Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process. Candidate Requirements • 1–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Handling
