Job Description

Kidz Junction (Sector 22, Kamothe) invites experienced teachers and instructors for our Evening Activity & Tuition batches (4:30 PM to 7:30 PM).

We are hiring instructors across multiple categories:

  1. Academic Tutors: Class 1 to 5 (All Subjects & Homework Support)
  2. Skill Instructors: Phonics, Handwriting Improvement, Spoken English
  3. Creative Arts: Dance (Western/Classical), Drawing & Sketching
  4. Brain Development: Vedic Maths, Chess
  5. Martial Arts: Karate / Self-Defense

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1-hour engaging sessions for small student batches (ages 4 to 12).
  • Deliver interactive lesson plans and track child progress.
  • Maintain positive communication with parents.

What We Provide:

  • Fully equipped classrooms in Sector 22, Kamothe.
  • Student database and marketing support from our established school network.
  • Flexible payment models: Fixed monthly honorarium or revenue-sharing (70:30).

Eligibility:

  • 1+ year experience teaching young kids.
  • Local residents of Kamothe, Khandeshwar, or Kharghar preferred.
