Focus: Teacher Training & Faculty Development

• Conduct teacher training and faculty development programs on Coding, Robotics, AI, Electronics, and STEM.
• Deliver hands-on workshops on robotics kits, sensors, microcontrollers, programming, and STEM activities.
• Mentor teachers and provide continuous academic and technical support.
• Evaluate teacher performance through assessments, demo sessions, and classroom observations.
• Identify teacher skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, activity guides, presentations, and practical projects.
• Support teachers in effective curriculum implementation and classroom delivery.
• Design innovative AI, Coding, Robotics, and project-based learning activities.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure teacher learning and training effectiveness.
• Review Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and monitor academic quality.
• Guide teachers in preparing students for robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events.
• Conduct faculty orientations, demo lectures, workshops, and refresher training sessions.
• Resolve teachers' technical, academic, and classroom-related challenges.
• Coordinate with academic, content, operations, and school teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
• Continuously improve training methodologies, curriculum, and learning resources.
