Job Title:Brand MIS & Expense Executive (SAP & Excel Specialist)

We are actively hiring an immediate joiner for the position of Brand MIS & Expense Executive.

The selected candidate will be on our CA Firm’s payroll and will work full-time at our client's office location.

Key Details:

• Work Location: Nahur (Central Line), Mumbai – Client Location

• Work Days: 5 Days a week

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)

• Employment Type: Full-Time (On CA Firm Payroll)

Key Responsibilities:

• PO Management: End-to-end Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and processing in SAP.

• Vendor Management: Handling vendor onboarding, SAP vendor creation, invoice processing, and payment coordination.

• MIS & Budgeting: Daily/monthly MIS reporting, budget tracking, and expense reconciliation.

• Financial Operations: Assisting in month-end closures and maintaining financial documentation.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinating smoothly with Brand, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in MIS, Finance Coordination, Procurement, Brand Finance, or Marketing Operations.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Communication: Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / Finance / Accounting or related field).

• Availability: Immediate joiners only.
