Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, short-form & long-form videos, brand content, events and promotional videos.

- Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and other relevant editing tools.

- Create engaging transitions, motion graphics, effects, typography and sound design.

- Have a strong understanding of colour grading, colour theory, typography, fonts, composition and visual storytelling.

- Stay updated with latest editing trends, social media formats and new editing styles.

- Have knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows for video editing, content creation and enhancing productivity.

- Maintain brand consistency across colours, fonts, visual style and overall editing.

- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

- Take ownership of projects, work independently and coordinate smoothly with the creative/social media team.

- Have basic knowledge of videography, framing, lighting and camera handling to assist during shoots when required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional video editing experience.

- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.

- Knowledge of AI tools used in video editing and content creation.

- Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

- Good understanding of current social media trends and visual styles.

- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.

- Portfolio/Showreel is required.
