Gurukrupa Gas Service – Bharatgas Distributor, Patan is looking for a responsible and organized person for the Admin / Office Administration position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day office administration and documentation

• Customer service and handling customer queries

• Computer data entry and record maintenance

• Billing, reports and basic account-related work

• Managing phone calls and WhatsApp communication

• Coordination with delivery staff and office team

• Stock/record checking and routine follow-up

• Handling emails and online company portals

• Maintaining proper filing and office discipline

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate preferred

• Good knowledge of computer, MS Excel & MS Office

• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi

• Basic English reading/writing ability

• Responsible, punctual and able to handle multiple tasks

• Previous experience in office administration/accounts will be preferred
