Sales Officer

We are looking for a confident and responsible Field Sales Officer to join our real estate

business. Both female and male candidates may apply.

Key Responsibilities

● Schedule appointments with prospective customers and meet them at their offices.

● Understand customers’ budgets and requirements and suggest suitable properties.

● Explain project locations, prices, amenities, and payment plans.

● Organize site visits and accompany customers to show them the projects.

● Follow up regularly through phone calls and WhatsApp to complete bookings.

● Maintain and submit daily reports of customer details, meetings, and sales activities.

● Coordinate with the office team for booking documentation and payments.

Required Skills

● Clear communication and presentation skills in Hindi.

● Ability to build customer relationships, answer queries, and close sales.

● Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel.

● Punctuality, polite behavior, and consistent follow-up skills.

● Knowledge of locations in and around Patna and Danapur will be preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience will be preferred.

Education: Graduation preferred. Candidates who have passed Class 12 and possess

strong sales experience may also apply.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must own a scooter, be able to ride it safely, and

possess a valid driving license. They should be comfortable travelling regularly to customers’
